Information we collect
When you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide it, your telephone number.
Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information. This may include the pages you visit, referral source, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, IP address, request time and security or error information.
For authorised website administrators, we process the account and session information needed for authentication and the content management system, which does not provide public visitor accounts.
Please do not send classified, export-controlled, safety-critical, special-category or other highly sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
How we use your information

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business and responding to business enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
We rely on your consent to use Google Analytics cookies. You can reject them or withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer, without affecting the rest of the website.
We do not use contact-form submissions to add people to a marketing list.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers that may process information on our behalf, including:
- Plunk, to deliver contact-form emails;
- Cap, our self-hosted CAPTCHA, to distinguish people from automated abuse;
- Vercel Web Analytics, to provide anonymous, aggregate website statistics;
- Google Analytics, with your consent, to measure website visits and interactions;
- our hosting, database and website-support providers; and
- professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is necessary or required by law.
Cap performs browser-based security challenges against infrastructure operated for us. Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page-view information without using cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow analytics cookies.
Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards used.
Retention
We retain website enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the information becomes part of a client relationship or must be kept longer for legal, regulatory or dispute-management purposes.
Administrator account information is retained while access remains authorised and then removed or anonymised in line with our security and record-management requirements. Technical and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the website, investigate abuse and meet legal obligations.
If you allow Google Analytics, its first-party analytics cookies normally remain for up to two years. We remember your analytics-cookie choice for six months, after which we ask again. Google Analytics account data is retained according to the retention settings applied to our Analytics property.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability of your personal information.
You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
